Thanks to everyone for coming out to the Troubadour show last night, we had a great time, it was nice to play LA again and see a bunch of friends. On another note we’re still working hard on writing and demoing the record, we’re making steady progress and we’re taking our time (in a good way) to make sure everything is in it’s right place… and we’re looking forward to getting into the studio and knocking out this record as soon as possible and getting back on the road. So we’ll see everyone soon

we decided to take tomorrow off. sooo it’s gonna be a long weekend, and i don’t know what i’m gonna do with myself. maybe have a dexter marathon. maybe go see the hangover (i hear it’s about as funny as dane cook’s last comedy tour). anyways… this week was really productive. we finished 2 new songs, both of them came together really quickly. we didn’t let ourselves over think it, or over produce it, and i think that’s reflected in the feel of the songs. next week we’re playing the troubadour in hollywood and anyone that’s going can expect to hear a few of these new songs. hope you like them.

have a good weekend everyone. let the dexter marathon begin.

Well we’ve been working on it for a while and we’ve finally got it going. Huge thanks to Iggy for putting the site together. there’s still alot of work to be done, hopefully we’ll have the store up soon and more videos and pics. The Self-Titled EP is up for free right now so make sure and grab it.

Just So You Know

So, some people say we’re bad at keeping everyone up to speed on what we’re doing… I guess it’s a good time for an update.

Since we released the EP last August, we’ve done some pretty heavy touring around the US, UK, Australia and Japan. We released the self titled EP without a label and have been touring without a label for the last year and half… or however long the band has been back together… All of that has been great and all of us in the band have had such a good time working hard and reintroducing the band to everyone and all that…

For the last few months we’ve been busy writing the new album, which is going well.

We’ve still got some work to do, but have finished a bunch of demos and are really hoping to be in the studio this summer recording a brand new full length. We’re currently weighing our options as far as getting the record made, finding a vehicle in which to deliver it (record label or what have you) But our priority right now is writing writing writing… hopefully we’ll have everything wrapped up soon and be in the studio putting the record together.

We’ve got a couple shows coming up so we can try out a bunch of these new songs… so make sure you make it those shows if you can. We can’t wait to get in the studio and get this new record out to you as soon as possible.
